The Satellite Healthcare (SHC) Patient App is designed for those living with kidney failure who require kidney dialysis. The app offers a unique educational experience which guides you through the process of deciding a dialysis modality that fits your desired lifestyle so that you may live the fullest life possible.

The app will connect you with an SHC PATHfinder™, your health advocate at Satellite who will help create a personal journey called “My Kidney Care PATH”. Your PATHfinder will help coordinate your care and your care team while providing support and resources for both you and your family. Full app access requires an account to be created by your PATHfinder.
